What a Digital Twin Does For a Project

A navigable 3D model of the real space, accurate enough to measure and simple enough to share with a link. When the project needs survey-grade tolerances, we bring in our scanning partners and tell you so up front. The capture method is matched to the required tolerance and downstream use.

Standard, accessible Matterport capture often begins around $0.10 per square foot, with a $500 project minimum. Occupied, complex, phased, or deliverable-intensive projects are quoted to scope. After the scope is clear, we typically issue a firm proposal within two business days.
