Pre-Cover to Finish — Custom Home, East Texas
Captured twice — once after rough-in, before sheetrock, and again at finish-out. The result is a navigable record where the finished walls can be made transparent to reveal the plumbing, wiring, and blocking behind them. When a question comes up months later, the answer is a click away instead of a hole in the wall.
Second-Generation Conversion — Layne's Chicken Fingers
We documented second-generation buildings under evaluation for restaurant conversion, giving the ownership team, architects, franchisor, and general contractors an accurate picture of existing conditions before capital was committed. Design proceeded against reality instead of guesswork — fewer field surprises, cleaner budgets, faster go/no-go decisions.
Bethesda Health Clinic — Adaptive Reuse
A complete remodel of an existing movie theatre into a functioning health clinic. We documented the conversion so the full project team — general contractor, architects, engineers, and owner — worked from one shared, measurable record as the space transformed from one use to a very different one.
